  • We continuously strive to improve our competence in all aspects of performance management consulting through professional development conferences, courses, and the synergies created by an established community of practice. This is also anchored on the firm’s strong organisational learning and continuous improvement through knowledge management.
  • We provide our clients with the right combination of technical or evaluation expertise and subject matter knowledge appropriate to the complexity and difficulty of any given assignment, while avoiding any misrepresentation of skills, knowledge or experience. This is hinged on the firm’s multidisciplinary and participatory approach to development whereby we strive to create a consultative and collaborative approach between the client and firm’s staff to ensure skills transfer of our tools and methodology.
  • We ascribe to the humanitarian values of non-discrimination and respect for diversity and conduct ourselves in a manner that is sensitive to the cultural and social values of our clients. The firm strongly embraces human rights-based approach to development including upholding confidentiality and dignity of the participants and the disadvantaged.
  • We proactively disclose any conflicts of interest that may arise from our involvement in planning activities, and do not compete or undertake programme or project implementation roles.
  • We undertake to provide our clients with valid and reliable information presented in a clear and fair manner which can be used for decision-making, while ensuring that clients are aware of the limitations of the methods that are being employed.
  • We take responsibility for the quality, cost and timeliness of our products and will engage in output-based contracts, or fixed priced contracts as appropriate to the assignment.
  • We feel that the ultimate measure of our performance is the success of our clients in using credible performance information for learning, management decision-making and accountability reporting.
  • We value the trust bestowed upon us by our clients, hence respect their privacy and handle their assignment processes, materials and information entrusted to us with utmost level of confidentiality.
  • We are conscious of the potential of GIS and ICT in development and service delivery hence we endeavor to advice our clients appropriately on the best way to effectively integrate GIS and ICT in development processes to enhance linkage of M&E data and spatial data, and development of appropriate knowledge products to improve managing for results.
